Having studied Business management at the University of East Anglia, I was keen to put my learning into practice and seek a career within a fast paced commercial environment, offering continual development and progression along the way.
The graduate scheme at JJS offered more than just this and the personal approach to learning/working is what makes the course so successful and enjoyable. 6 years further forward I now work as a Senior Account Manager for the JJS group servicing our largest Aerospace customer with annual sales in excess of £2m. This challenging but rewarding role allows me to interact with all areas of the business across our UK & Czech sites in order to service my customer to our best ability.
The company continues to support my learning and development providing numerous opportunities to participate in both internal and external training course that will provide me with the tools required to excel in my role.
